Join us for a Meet the Candidate event you’ll never forget! We’ve invited all the candidates for the Kansas’ federal Senate Seat, for CD4 in congress, and all Kansas gubernatorial candidates. We will have representation from at least 15 candidates (so far!) including Republicans, Democrats, Libertarians, and Independents.
This is your chance to meet the people trying to earn your vote and to get to know their positions on some of the toughest issues Kansans are facing today. After that, stick around to hear from our special guest speaker, Executive Director of the ACLU of Kansas Dr. Micah Kubic, and for music, fun, activities, and to meet others who want to build community power.
Food will be available for purchase on-site from Adios Nachoria at Wave.

Candidates for US Senate
Jason Hart, Democrat
I’ve been a public servant for Kansans for 21+ years, prosecuting violent crimes across the state of Kansas. For the last 16 years, I served as an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Kansas, prosecuting child sexual abuse along with other crimes. In 2014, I was recognized as a Crime Victims Rights Champion; in 2018, I was appointed to a 6 year term on the Attorney General’s Nationwide Investigations Advisory Committee. I’m a lifetime Kansan, from Dodge City, living in Wichita.

Dr. Kevin Latz, Democrat
I was born and raised in Texas in a military household. I relocated to Kansas City, KS to complete my medical training in orthopedic surgery at the University of Kansas Health System. Following completion of fellowships in pediatric orthopedics and pediatric and adolescent sports medicine, my pediatric surgeon wife and I returned to Kansas City where we started our family and found community.
Running for the US Senate is a natural continuation of my advocacy for patients, children and families.
Sandy Spidel Neumann, Democrat
Sandy Spidel Neumann is a lifelong Kansan, business leader, and Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate. She is running to lower costs for all Kansans, protect Social Security and Medicare, support veterans, defend reproductive freedom, strengthen public education, support farmers and rural communities, create economic opportunity, and work across party lines to deliver practical solutions with integrity, accountability, and respect for every Kansan.

Anne Parelkar, Democrat
Anne Parelkar is an immigration attorney, former teacher, and Overland Park mother of two running to stand up for Kansas families.
She has spent her career fighting for the vulnerable, both in the classroom and in the courtroom. Through her work, she has seen how often families feel ignored or left behind. She believes public service should be about making sure their voices are heard and solving real problems that affect everyday life.

Noah Taylor, Democrat

Noah Taylor is a U.S. Army veteran, husband, father, and Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate. Raised in El Dorado by a pipefitter and a nurse, he served as an infantryman in Afghanistan before returning home to raise his family in Kechi. His military service shaped his commitment to support working families, end endless wars, and hold elected officials accountable. Noah is running to make life more affordable for Kansans, fight corruption, and ensure every family can build a secure future.
Candidates for US House CD4
Chris Carmichael, Democrat
https://www.chriscarmichael.org/
Chris Carmichael is a retired Air Force Colonel and Kansas aerospace executive who spent more than 31 years serving our country. He’s running for Congress to defend our Constitution, protect personal freedoms, lower costs for working families, strengthen public education, support Kansas farmers and workers, and ensure everyone has a fair shot. Chris believes government should work for people–not special interests–and that it’s time for honest, accountable leadership that puts Kansans first.
Drew Cranmer, Libertarian
Drew Cranmer is the Libertarian candidate for Congress in Kansas’s 4th District. A Wichita data engineer and co-founder/CEO of a B2B software company, Drew brings real tech and constitutional know-how to Washington’s oldest problems. His platform: restoring Congress’s war powers, ending warrantless surveillance, Federal Reserve transparency, and returning power to the states. A WSU graduate and former Students for Liberty president, Drew is running on one idea: Principle Over Party. Always.
Frank A. McCollum, Republican
https://votefrankmccollum.com/
Frank McCollum is a fourth generation farmer and retired nurse. He was born in Wichita, KS and raised in Greenwood County, KS. He worked as a nurse for 20 years while also working on his family’s farm. His family farm operated the last Grade A Dairy in Greenwood County until 2019. Candidates for Kansas Governor

Cindy Holscher, Democrat
Cindy Holscher was brought up with Midwest values and a love of her country. Cindy and her husband Greg have lived in Kansas for over 25 years, and their kids graduated from public schools. She first ran for office to end the disastrous Brownback experiment and to support schools. Cindy co-founded the Women’s Bipartisan Caucus and focused on lowering costs for working class Kansans.
