Volunteer With Leading Kansas
Are You Ready to Make A Difference?
Everyone has a role to play in transforming the future of Kansas and the country at large. We see people in the spotlight every day…elected leaders, journalists, business leaders, social media, and even peaceful protestors in our streets–all stepping up to make a difference right now.
And there are the unsung heroes in the background. We make the wheels turn. We execute strategy. And it’s our boots on the ground that push the movement forward.
We need planners. We need doers. We need people willing to hand out flyers, collect signatures, and orchestrate bake sales and silent auctions. We need people to remember to bring tape to hang up posters, people to set up chairs, and people to usher attendees to seats. We need people who ask, “Isn’t there an easier way to do this?” and are willing to help us grow and improve.
If you’re not sure how you can contribute, that’s okay. We are here to help you find a place. If you would like to get involved as a volunteer and begin transforming those frustrated feelings of, “What can I do?” into ” I’ve done my part,” fill out the form below or send us an email at volunteer@leadingkansas.org today. We’ll try to reach out within 48 hours of submission!

Support and Additional Questions
Leading Kansas is a “nonpartisan” group. What does that mean?
Idealogically, it means that we believe that a person is not defined by their political party. Leading Kansas is intended to be a safe space for every Kansan who is willing to work together across party lines in order to hold Kansas leadership accountable to truly represent Kansans while serving in office.
Practically speaking, it means that Leading Kansas does not endorse or promote specific political parties or candidates. Rather, we hold all Kansas elected officials to the same standard of accountability, regardless of political party.
Who do I contact if I have more questions?
Please reach out to our Volunteer Co-Coordinators at volunteer@leadingkansas.org.
